Refunds and exchanges
We ensure that your plants will arrive in good health and ready to flourish. Proper care and the right conditions are essential for their successful adaptation to new environments. Unfortunately, our assurance does not cover instances where plants have been neglected or placed in unsuitable conditions.
Just email alana@localbotanist.com.au with a pic or talk with our delivery team. We can replace the plants or transfer your money back to you.
If you encounter any issues with your plants within the first 30 days, please email us. We will assess your concerns and, if needed, offer a one-time replacement. Please note that the delivery cost for the replacement will be the customer’s responsibility.
