How soon can I pick up my plants after placing an order?

We know the excitement of waiting for your leafy companions! Typically, your order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. For specific timelines and any special arrangements, feel free to reach out to our Plant Enthusiast team.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We totally understand if you suddenly need one more succulent friend! Changes can be accommodated if your order hasn’t sprouted wings yet. Contact us pronto, and we’ll do our best to adjust your order before it takes off on its plant journey.

What should I bring for pickup?

Your plant adoption kit should include your order confirmation (digital or printed), a dash of excitement, and a vehicle ready to transport your new green buddies safely.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Of course! If you can’t make it, a plant-loving friend or family member can pick up your order. Just make sure they bring your order confirmation and a touch of green envy.

Do you provide planting and care instructions?

Absolutely! Your plants come with a handy care guide to ensure they thrive in their new home. If you have specific questions, our Plant Experts are just a call or email away.

Can I cancel my order?

Life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel, reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancellations are possible if your order hasn’t started its journey to you yet.

Do you offer a guarantee on plant health?

We believe in happy, healthy plants! If your green companion arrives less than stellar, snap a pic within 24 hours, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What if I’m running late for pickup?

Life can be a jungle! If you’re running late, give us a heads up. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but please note that after 48 hours, your plants might start missing you.

Can I visit the nursery without placing an order?

Absolutely! Our nursery in Mermaid Waters is a green haven waiting for your exploration. Come by, soak in the plant vibes, and maybe leave with a new green friend or two!

Are pets allowed in the nursery?

While we adore furry friends, we recommend leaving them at home during your plant-picking adventure. This ensures a stress-free experience for both your pets and our green residents.

What payment methods do you accept for in-store pickups?

We accept a variety of payment methods for in-store pickups, including credit/debit cards and cash. Unfortunately, plant bartering is not available (yet).
